I've served as in-house corporate counsel at two corporations and as partner in a mid-sized business focused law firm. Most white collar criminal acts are prosecuted at the federal level. As a former Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel Member, I am experienced in the federal arena.

Having investigated cases, presented evidence to grand juries and been part of college faculty, greatly aids me in my services in investigating and advising on matters involving Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. I am a Member of the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and Certified by ATIXA as an Investigator.

I have been a certified Contract Advisor (agent) for the NFL as licensed through the NFLPA and have represented dozens of players in the NFL. In addition, I was involved in the production of an award-winning football documentary "Late Rounders" and was the supervising attorney for a full length feature film "Underdogs".
